We would like to inform you that we are once again experiencing issues with one of our third-party providers in Mexico.
As a result, both PayIn (Creating Virtual Accounts) and PayOut services in Mexico may be affected, and customers may experience increased errors or delays when processing transactions.
Our team has already contacted the provider and is awaiting confirmation and further details regarding the impact.
We will share additional updates as soon as more information becomes available.
All other Localpayment services remain fully operational.
