We are pleased to confirm that the incident involving instability in the communication between one of our providers and the beneficiary banks, which caused delays in the payment and confirmation of payout transactions in Argentina, has been completely resolved as of 12:15 ART on January 02, 2026. All payout flows in Argentina have returned to normal operation, with no further delays or disruptions observed.
This was an external issue at the third-party provider level and was not related to LocalPayment's platform.

Other transactions, countries, banks and channels: were not affected and continue operating normally.
